Text-to-Image: Generate images from text descriptions using Banana Pro's Nano Banana models
Image-to-Image: Transform existing images based on text instructions with Banana Pro
Banana Pro Credit System: Banana Pro services are accessed through a credit-based system with free and paid options

Prohibited Uses of Banana Pro

You agree not to use Banana Pro for:

Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
Generating content that depicts minors or child exploitation material
Creating content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
Producing non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals
Infringing upon intellectual property rights
Harassment, stalking, bullying, or threatening others
Attempting unauthorized access to Banana Pro systems or other users' accounts
Distributing malware or harmful software through Banana Pro
Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access Banana Pro without prior written consent
Reselling or redistributing Banana Pro services without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Banana Pro account without notice or refund.

Content Standards on Banana Pro

All content generated or uploaded through Banana Pro must comply with the following:

No Illegal Content: Must not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
No CSAM: Any content depicting sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited on Banana Pro and will be reported to authorities.
No Non-Consensual Content: Content depicting real individuals in intimate scenarios without consent is prohibited on Banana Pro.
No Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination or violence against protected groups is not allowed on Banana Pro.
No Misinformation: Content intentionally designed to deceive or spread harmful false information is prohibited on Banana Pro.
Intellectual Property Compliance: Banana Pro users must have necessary rights for content they create or upload.

Banana Pro reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these standards.

Banana Pro Content Safety

Banana Pro employs multiple safety measures:

Prompt Filtering: Banana Pro scans text prompts against prohibited content blacklists before processing.
AI Content Scanning: Banana Pro analyzes generated images for policy violations and blocks flagged content.
User Reporting: Banana Pro users can report policy-violating content for investigation.
Enforcement: Violations on Banana Pro result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity.

Intellectual Property on Banana Pro

Content you generate using Banana Pro with a paid plan includes commercial usage rights.
You retain ownership of your original prompts and uploaded reference images on Banana Pro.
Banana Pro retains rights to the platform, interface, and underlying technology.
Free-tier content generated on Banana Pro may be featured in public galleries unless privacy settings are enabled.

Banana Pro Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Banana Pro Credits: Services are accessed using Banana Pro credits. Credit costs vary by Nano Banana model and generation type.
Permanent Credits: One-time purchased Banana Pro credits never expire.
Subscription Credits: Banana Pro credits from subscriptions are tied to the active billing period and expire upon cancellation.
Refunds: Used Banana Pro credits are non-refundable. Unused Banana Pro credit packages purchased within 7 days may be eligible for refund upon request.
Cancellation: Banana Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Banana Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Banana Pro is not liable for:

Inaccuracies or imperfections in AI-generated content
Banana Pro service interruptions or downtime
Loss of data or generated content on Banana Pro
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Banana Pro's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Banana Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.
